Neexistuje žádný pevný recept, minestrone je minestrone. Hustá polévka ve které jsou základem fazole, rajčata, celer, mrkev, do minestrone se často dává i rýže a těstoviny které necháme uvařit v polévce. Vlastně všechny ingredience dáte do hrnce a vaříte.

Co potzřebujete;
2 plné hrnečky fazolí, (můžete použít sušené které necháte přes noc ve vodě, anebo můžete použít i konzervované).
1 drcená rajčata
2 velká zralá rajčata
1 cibule
3 hrnečky těstovin (farfalle), a hrstku fusili
Půl hrnku rýže
1 větší mrkev
2 brambory
Nejdříve si nakrájejte cibulku a rajčata na jemno. Orestujte na olivovém oleji a pak přidávejte postupně všechny ingredience. Drcená rajčata, mrkev nakrájenou, brambory - oloupané a nakrájené na kostičky, a poté zalijte vývarem, a přidejte rýži a těstoviny. Nechte vařit tak 15-20 min do změknutí zeleniny. Těstoviny budou po uvaření tak 4x větší. V této polévce mi vůbec nevadí absolutně uvařené těstoviny, takhle je to moc dobré! :-)
